What is the general return policy on Raaj Ayurvedic Pharmacy?

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Raaj Ayurvedic Pharmacy – you can return all items within 14 days of receipt of goods. Once The Customer Makes A request We will process athe Return in 5-7 day Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at sales@raajayurvedicpharmacy.com  within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund, Raaj Ayurvedic Pharmacy Cash (store credit) or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you will automatically refund 
original payment method with in 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit/debit card.

Delivery Timeframe

shipped across india and are typically delivered within 10 business day From The Date Of Order Placed . During Peak Season Delivery Time may extend to a maximum of 15 business day

Is there a category specific policy for returns?

Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavour like/dislike, flavour difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product.

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
